        Bajra Puri
        Recipe in English:
        Ingredients:
        -Aloo (Potato) boiled ¾ Cup
        -Bajray ka atta (Millet flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups
        -Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 4 tbs
        -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
        -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
        -Lal mirch (Red chili) powder 1 tsp or to taste
        -Baking soda 1 pinch
        -Methi (Fresh fenugreek leaves) chopped ½ Cup
        -Dahi (Yogurt) strained 3 tbs
        -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
        -Aata (Wheat flour) as needed
        -Cooking oil for frying

        Directions:
        -In a bowl,mash boiled potatoes with the help of the masher.
        -Add millet flour,wheat flour,salt,cumin seeds,red chili powder,baking soda,fresh fenugreek leaves, yogurt and mix well until crumbled.
        -Gradually add water and knead until soft dough is formed (approx. 5-6 minutes).
        -Take a small dough,make a ball and sprinkle dry wheat flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin (makes 9-10).Don’t rest the dough.
        -In wok,heat cooking oil and fry puri on medium low flame until golden brown.

        Recipe in Urdu:

        Ajza:
        -Aloo (Potato) boiled ¾ Cup

        -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp

        -Baking soda 1 pinch
        -Methi (Fresh fenugreek leaves) chopped ½ Cup
        -Dahi (Yogurt) strained 3 tbs
        -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
        -Aata (Wheat flour) as needed
        -Cooking oil for frying

        Directions:
        -Bowl mein boiled aloo masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
        -Bajray ka atta,atta namak,zeera,lal mirch powder,baking soda,methi aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan crumbled hunay tak mix ker lein.
        -Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker naram dough tayyar ker lein (approx. 5-6 minutes).
        -Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein aur atta chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (makes 9-10). Dough ko rest nahi dena hai.
        -Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur puri ko darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
